Pay a Utility Bill on MySouthaven

After locating your utility account on MySouthaven (see Link a Utility Account on MySouthaven), you can complete your payment by following the steps below: 

1. Click Explore Service

2. Select the bill you wish to pay, then click Pay Bill (see Partial Payments on MySouthaven)

3. On the cart notification, click Checkout

4. Select a payment method and click the blue Pay $--.-- button to complete your payment

After completing your payment, you will receive an email confirmation. If you are signed into your MySouthaven profile, a receipt will also be stored in the "Payment History" section of your profile (see Find a Receipt on MySouthaven).
